IPMA is steered by a Council consisting of experienced professionals who are highly qualified academically and professionally. The Council works closely and actively with their counterparts in the academia and industry to ensure that IPMA members and students are provided with the best training, services and support in their pursuit of academic and professional challenges.

The Institute provides quality programmes that have competitive and valuable advantages in the fields of business and management training and practices. It also recognises that most programmes in the market are still too academic in nature neglecting the practical aspects which employers and industries require and demand. The Institute addresses these weaknesses by emphasising on social interaction, communication and creative skills in its programmes. Through real life case studies, students are exposed to problem identification and solving challenges which will equip them well in their work environment.

Members and students would also have opportunities to participate in business and study tours on specially organised programmes in collaboration with IPMA’s representative offices around the world, thus, providing a platform for training global managers and administrators.
